I like the expediency so far. My banker Chris Samuels is very nice. Haven't had too many dealings with him after our initial conversation. My loan processor Kimberly Dennison is beyond fantastic so far ... I'm at the appraisal stage, but don't you think you should send out this survey AFTER the loan has been approved and closed?

From the very beginning Steve Wells and Mike Attiq were walking me through the entire process. Not once did either of them drop the ball nor hand me off to someone else. Saying thank you isn't enough and I'm not one to ever write reviews, especially since I'm writing constantly with work and school (smile). OUTSTANDING. We had a serious time crunch per the contract to get an appraisal. The gentleman that helped us was TERIFFIC. He really got the ball rolling, communicated very well during the process and we met the needed date. have been in this business 22 years and have never seen a mortage banker anywhere as f=good as him. Give him a raise!!!
